Guided By Guided By Voices As it seems that there is some press about this compilation I figured I might as well announce it now... Coming sometime in August, GBGBV will be released as Wild Animal Kingdom catalog number 016. I don't really wanna' leak who's on it, but you
can probably get a pretty good idea if you have listened to either WAKR Vol.1 or Vol.2 Since there is no cover art
at the moment I have provided a picture of Bobby's band with my favorite lineup. (No one has looked cooler than Mitch Mitchell,
before or since) So look for a pre-order to come up on this website soon and go practice your jump-shots. You never
know when you'll have to play Bobby on a Sunday in Dayton, OH... If you or your band wanna possibly contribute (unfortunately no guarantees as everyone loves GBV) e-mail me.

Liam The Younger - Revel Hidden Worlds BACK IN STOCK! Hello folks! I'm happy to announce that Liam The Younger's latest record Revel Hidden Worlds is ready to be
shipped once again. Unsure of what he wanted to do with his new material, Liam asked if I would hold off on selling the tape
for awhile. Now, not only can you purchase a limited edition tape of Liam's latest work on cassette (Run of 50, about 35 left)
you can also buy an LP with handmade artwork from Liam himself on his website! So whichever medium tickles your fancy, be sure to check out Liam's newest music. He is a really nice guy, and very talented
musician. Also, the newest addition to our Baseball: America's Game series is now for sale.
If you are a Seattle Mariners fan, or just appreciate listening to any team's amazing comeback over the Yankees, then Volume.
II of our series is perfect for you. Or perhaps you're just nostalgic for the mid-90s. Either way, this is a limited run of
10 tapes, so check it!

Wild Animal Kingdom Seeking INTERN! Possible Interns,
Do you live in Olympia, WA? Are you planning on moving to Olympia, WA? If
you are in the area or are going to be and you would be interested in drinking Trader Joe's $2.99 Red Oval six-packs
with me while we listen to Julian Lynch tapes dub, or make a billion Monthly Mix-Tape Club cassettes on the last day of the
month, then please shoot me an e-mail! (dlucasjewell@gmail.com) Perhaps if you are sooooo super interested but live
somewhere else we could figure out some way for you to join the Wild Animal Kingdom posse, or at least turn Wild Animal Kingdom
into a duo. Let me know fools! Buy the Pill Wonder record. Thanks to Pitchfork for all the press.

Interview/MoonrunnersRecently,
and I'm still amazed that someone wanted to interview me, I was asked a few questions about Wild Animal Kingdom and, more
specifically, Baseball: America's Game Vol.1. Erik over at Beach On The Moon based in Minneapolis, MN did the honors. Thanks Erik! Another piece of exciting news, is our latest release! Moonrunners
are an Olympia, WA duo, with a mean age of 19.37, mean of course being average - they're really nice guys! I'm really lucky
to be able to put out Jake and Danny's debut full length, aptly titled Full Enough. Pretend for a moment you had just
graduated from high school, and living in a college town with a pretty exciting music scene you had already played and endeared
yourself to some more senior musicians in the area, but at the same time you still liked to do stuff like drink a lot of cokes,
make fun of cops and skateboard ALL THE TIME. Moonrunners are like 2010's answer to 1980's hardcore, without all the obnoxiousness
and posturing and with the same sort of, 'we'd rather skate than go on dates' attitude that made the Faction such an awesome
band growing up.

Baseball: America's Game/DIY Holiday Art Fair
Just out is WAKR's newest series highlighting baseball's most glorious archived audio: Baseball: America's
Game. Each volume of this series will bring to light famous moments of our nation's pastime in short runs of 10
tapes. Order now! Also, if you are in the Pacific Northwest, this Saturday Wild Animal Kingdom will have a vendor table
at the DIY Holiday Fair, featuring such prominent indie labels as: Lost Sound Tapes, Bicycle Records, Sub Pop and Light In
The Attic. The event takes place in Seattle, WA at the Vera Project from 11-5. Admission is a scant $2.00 donation to help
the Vera and Hollow Earth Radio stay awesome. Get your holiday shopping done right, by supporting local zine and print makers,
record labels and other great PNW artists.
In other news, I will be shipping all backorders that
have been piling up within the next two days. All Liam tapes, MM-TC Issues and others will finally be arriving well past the
date they should have arrived. I am really sorry to all of you customers who have been waiting, very patiently I might add,
please understand that I had no idea this label would receive the amount of orders is has in the last couple of months. I'm
learning how to stay organized as I go, while still managing to be involved in a serious relationship, work 35-40 hours a
week and be a member of the band Pill Wonder. Again, I am really, really, really sorry I have been such a terrible indie-label
CEO in the last couple of weeks.
Buy the Alex Bleeker and the Freaks LP. Buy the
Real Estate Live record. Shop at Trader Joes. Be my friend. Thank you. I am
sorry.
